Being a new mom brings up many thoughts, feelings and emotions: happiness, bliss, exhaustion, anxiety, clarity, confusion and more. While turning to spouses/partners and family is a helpful way to manage this transition, no one understands quite what you're going through like another new mom - especially one who lives in your neighborhood!

Baby Bites is thrilled to introduce our inaugural new moms support group focused on finding your inner mama. In these weekly sessions, you will come together with a small, supportive group of women to share experiences, ask questions and strengthen your identity as a mother. Most importantly, you will plant the seeds for lifelong friendships for you and your baby.

The group is facilitated by Jenny Fenig, certified life coach, yoga teacher and fellow new mom. Jenny will guide you to embrace your role as parent with more confidence, compassion and humor.

Weekly topics will be decided by the group and may include: mental, physical, and emotional well-being, sleep issues, childcare, traveling with baby, body image, deciding when/if to return to working outside the home, finding your voice as a mother, connecting with your partner, and creating a successful family unit. Take comfort in the idea that if you're feeling something, you're probably not alone.

Attention: This is NOT a drop-in class. Open to moms with babies 0 - 6 months. Register early as there a limited number of spots. There are no refunds or credits for missed sessions.
